easy way to solve a quadratic equation by splitting middle term ! pls tell ​

for eg. x2+6x+12

x2+4x+3x+12

x(x+4)+3(x+4)

(x+3)(x+4)

x+3=0 or x+4=0

x=-3 or x=-4
