Eubacteria is an important and common strain of bacteria. While most eubacteria is found in many diseases and kill thousands every year, eubacteria is very useful to our lives. Eubacteria is found in the digestive system to help break down food. It is also commonly used in antibiotics. The use in antibiotics is crucial because not only can it save lives, but it has economic impacts as well. Scientists can use eubacteria to create antibiotics and vaccines, these antibiotics and vaccines cost money for the consumer, helping the scientists to have made an economical gain.
Economic importance: The enzymes (biological catalysts) that help extremophiles to function in brutal circumstances are being researched. Archaea have already yielded some useful products, such as heat-resistant enzymes used in laundry detergents. The most spectacular example is Taq polymerase, which derives from T. aquaticus and is employed widely in PCR (PCR is today the basis for the forensic “DNA fingerprinting”). Some archaea can use sulfur compounds and toxic metals such as arsenic and selenium to power their cells, similar to how our own cells use oxygen. Also, many bacteria and eukarya are well known pathogens – if you can name the infection, one of them is probably responsible.

These are the ways Archaebacteria is important commercially:

- They are considered extremophiles which is why they are so good for enzymes are proteins which can function at extreme conditions.

- Archaebacteria known as Sulfolobus acidocaldarius are known for their role in bleaching purpose.

These are the ways Eubacteria is important commercially:

- Eubacteria plays an integral role in human gut in digestion process.

- It also helps in the preparation of Vitamin K.

- Scientists are also using Eubacteria in preparing antiobiotics and medicines that can be used to cure diseases.
