Around 800 rooms, a large auditorium and a meal for 800 people will be required. There are two hotels under consideration (i) Cathy Hotel and (ii) Max Hotel. Assume that both the hotels can provide the desired rooms. The rate per room of Cathy

Hotel is higher than Max hotel. In addition, Max hotel’s rooms are more modern, while Cathy has the advantage of the downtown location.

The director of the institute has assigned you the task to prepare a comprehensive assessment report comparing the positive and negative aspects of both the hotels and recommend the best choice for the institute. Your report needs to have six sub-headings. Follow the pattern discussed in class. (Assume other necessary details).
