POTATO
The processed potatoes are less likely to get decay. So there's high demand in the market of the potatoes which are processed.
TOMATO
When the price of tomatoes is increased then the demand is low, people prefers for the substitutions. If the price is low, there's a high demand.
LEMON
Although there's not any such increase in the rate as well as the demand of the lemon. Nowadays they are coming with less amount of juice.
ONION
There's a crazy increase in the price of the onion when the supply is low. When the production is less and the consumption is more then the rate is high. The supply is less due the drought faced during October time.
CARROT
There's a high demand of the organic carrot. So the price is also high.
