- If three persons can do a piece of work in ,x, y ,z hours respectively then all the THREE combined together can do the work in = xyz/(xy +yz +zx)
- So in this problem all the THREE-can complete the work in
- = 8 x 10 x 12/[(8 x10+ (10 x12) + (12 x 8)
- = 960/296 = 3.243 hours.
