Economics, is nothing but a way of solving problems of allocation of resources. *Human want are graded in nature.* This means that a poor person will be more concerned about procurement of food for his surviving rather than buying a luxury car. It is only after meeting this requirement that the need for other things should arise. The Government must outline its country specific solution to the same problems. that is, allocation of resources. There are three essentialproblems, namely: what to produce, how to produce and for whom to produce.
