- Criminals should be educated in their prisons. They may find passion in a certain subject and may be willing to engross deep into the field.
- Acquiring a degree after serving time in the prison may help to change the society's outlook of a criminal. He/she may find it less difficult to be social and will soon be able to lead a normal life. This can make a positive impact on the criminal's soul as he/she won't be constantly belittled by the society. This will motivate the criminal to resume personal improvement and avoid all criminal activities in the future.
