According to article 28, no religious education can be taught in the institutions such as schools and colleges that get aid from the state fund.
If the person who is the administrator of any educational institution does not attend any religious ceremony or religion related meeting as he/she is getting aid from the state for running his/her institution.
No religious related education should be taught in the educational institutions. If the parents require some religious education for their children then they should take their child to churches, temples or mosques and not to the schools or colleges.
