Education of disadvantaged groups in india

The disadvantaged group in India are the scheduled tribes and scheduled caste . they have been sufferers of the oppression by the so called upper caste people. till today we can see their backwardness not because of caste but because of lack of education and rights which they were denied then... their education is really important for their upliftment and this can only be done when the government of India provides them with proper facilities for education.
