a teacher works as a philosopher and as a guide to the students. he or she must know the growth and development of the child and his requirements at different levels educational psychology helps the teacher to study the ability ,intelligence, interest and need of the student for better explanation to the student and there are students with different psychic abilities and mental conditions and the catching power of the students are also different. just like we can take the example as a teacher want to teach history in the class, he or she have to first tell a story to make his explanation more easier. and this shows that a teacher should be known to the interests of the children.
