See, Temperature and pressure are inversely proportional to each other i.e if pressure decreases temperature increases and if pressure increases temperature decreases.e.g When air is pressurised in the compressor of an AC , isn't it cooled down?
So answer for your question is:
If pressure decreases state doesn't change and if pressure increases, a gas is turned into its liquid state
