santhal is a tribal community of jharkhand. Santhals directly depend on the forests on their day to day activities. They depend on forests for their food, timber, etc. With the depletion of natural resources Santhal people will definitely suffer a great loss. this will either result in the depletion of the community or the tribal people will have to look for alternatives.
