Mostly, high temperature is known to promote chemical reactions. Thus increasing temperature would actually help the catalyst speed up the reaction. But some reaction migh slow down due to high temperature. Same goes with pressure; some reactions might be accelerated with increase in pressure other might be halted..................................

Like most chemical reactions, the rate of an enzyme-catalyzed reaction increases as the temperature is raised. A ten degree Centigrade rise in temperature will increase the activity of most enzymes by 50 to 100%.
