An inverse linear relationship was found between temperature and the partition coefficient. CONCLUSION: Within a specified range of temperatures, the partition coefficients isoflurane and sevoflurane decrease as the temperature increases. Sevoflurane shows a high solubility in Oxygent(TM) as compared to isoflurane.
