Effect of water deficit on physio morphological characteristics of the plant

Root to shoot ratio increased with increasing water deficit. Increase inwater deficit reduced the gas exchange parameters but slightly increased chlorophyll content. It is concluded that water deficitsignificantly (p≤0.05) affects physiological and morphological characteristics of Mango.
