the western culture is desert and some areas are covered with white plates and sea like Rajasthan,Gujarat,Maharashtra,etc. But all state help for cloth,food and rituals because the land is not for agriculture and some state help to provide food from Punjab,Bihar etc

and cloth in bihar like madhubani painting saree's etc
