Antony ,Julius Caesar close and loyal friend was shocked to see his friend murdered.he takes the opportunity of speaking on funeral of Caesar , even though he was given condition, he didn't blanlme conspirators directly but even then he managed to prove the charges against Caesar as blameless by the help of bill etc.this proves that effective command goes hand in hand with rheotic .
