I think the process should be start from the 1day. when a mother take care of a child the learning should be more ethical. We have to except the fact that we cannot change the situation completely but we can try our best to improve it. We should try to make our society more educated and economically stable that noone needs to do that kind of work. There are some middle man who are mostly responsible for that. we should try to cure that side. Besides that the respect for women can only grow from ones family.
