Greenhouse Effect➫ The warming effect of the sun on greenhouse gases like Carbon dioxide that act to trap this heat in our atmosphere.
Ex:- Global Warming

carbon dioxide released in the atmosphere creates a green house effect by trapping the heat radiated from the earth it is there is called green house
gas with out it the earth would have been too cold to live in however when it's levels in the atmosphere increase due to factory smoke or car fumes the heat retained increase the temperature of the earth this is called global warming this rise in temperature causes the snow in coldest parts of the world to melt as a result the sea level rises causing floods in the coatral areas there may be dractic changes in the climate of place leading to extinction of some plants and animals in long run
