Image velocity wrt object will be 2u (assuming u is perpendicular to plane of mirror)

Imagine you are standing in front of a mirror and move x units away from the mirror, so you can see that your image also moves away from the mirror by x units i.e 2x units away from you. Since both move in equal time duration, same can be said for velocities.

*For a plane mirror, image velocity and object velocity wrt mirror (perpendicular to the plane of mirror) will always be equal in magnitude and opposite in direction.*

So image will move with velocity 2u wrt object which is at rest.

NOTE: If mirror has velocity u in the plane of mirror the answer will be zero since the image always stays at equal distance from the object.
