Change in colour

Half eaten apple that turns brown. The reason is that a chemical change has occurs when food spoils. Because oxygen acts on it.

Change in state

$2H_{2} +2O_{2} = 2H_{2}O$
Hydrogen (gas) + Oxygen (gas) = water (liquid)
