The reason for egg of hen being bigger than egg of a human being is :

● Human egg is called foetus and it draw the nutrients from the mother through umbilical cord while growing.

● In case of egg of hen it grows away from the mother and the nutrients needed for the growth of egg into chicken are embedded in the egg itself so it is larger than human egg

Birds egg contain high amount of yolk and it is called telolecithal egg

Explanation:

Human does't lay egg as they are viviparous but birds are oviparous as they lay egg which matures into a young chick.

The higher vertebrates or mammals have isolecithal egg as yolk is distributed evenly in the cytoplasm of ovum of the mammals.

Bird's egg contain high amount of yolk and thus unevenly distributed into the cytoplasm and thus this type of eggs are called telolecithal eggs.
