Eight friends A, B, C, D, E, F, G and H are around a square table. Four are at corners (each at a corner) and the remaining four are at sides (each at a side). The ones who are at corners face towards the table and the ones who are at sides face away from the table. C, who is between F and H, is second to the right of A. E is third to the right of D and an immediate neighbour of B. His not an immediate neighbour of A or D. Who is to the immediate right of D?​

Solution :-

→ Four friends sitting at the corners who are facing towards the table are :-

  • F, H, B and D . { In clockwise direction .}

→ Four friends sitting at the sides who are facing away from the table are :-

  • C, E, G and A . { In clockwise direction .}

given diagram satisfy all conditions .

therefore, we can conclude that, G is to the immediate right of D .
