Samosa is a vegetarian's food. It is made out of two parts: the inner part and the outer part which envelopes the other one. Samosa looks like a pyramid in shape. The inner part is the mixture of potato and other spices. The outer one is the paste of flour which wraps inner part.

After frying for a while in oil it is ready for serve. Samosas are served with pickles and mostly with other spicy vegetables. The smell of onion, oil, ginger and spices always make my mouth water.I like the ravishing smell of samosa and the pickle which comes with it. Whenever I see the restaurants which serve samosa, I commemorate the yummy and appetising taste. Red, hot and big samosa with a pleasant smell that attracts any eye. Crushing the outermost part is my favourite. I can eat ten samosas in a single sitting. People think of it as a junk food but I don't. It is because we can make it healthy if we want.

Also, with peanuts, and grains inside of it which are the best served in different restaurants, are getting famous day by day. I am happy that there are much more samosa lovers like me. who promotes it.
