In addition to his great scientific mind, he was also a true human being agitating for an end to arms buildup and using his popularity to campaign for peace and democracy.

Einstein was a truly beautiful mind, and was rightfully celebrated as a visionary and world citizen as much as a scientific mind upon his death.
