Given:-

Mass of a laash m = 66 kg

Acceleration due to gravity g = 9.8 m/s²

≈ 10 m/s

Height h = 6 ft

1 foot = 0.305 m

6 ft = 6 * 0.305

= 1.83 m

≈ 1.9 m

Calculation:-

i) The force with which the body will fall on you.

Force of gravity = Mass * Acceleration due to gravity

F = mg

F = 66 * 10

F = 660 kgm/s²

F = 660 N Ans.

Ans.) The body will fall on you with the force of 660 N.

ii) The kinetic energy when the body will be at height 6 ft from ground.

v² - u² = 2gh (Third equation of motion due to gravity)

v² - (0)² = 2 * 10 * 1.9

v² = 2 * 19

v² = 38

Kinetic energy = 1/2 * Mass * Velocity²

Ek = 1/2 * m * v²

Ek = 1/2 * 66 * 38

Ek = 66 * 19

Ek = 1254 J Ans.

Ans.) The kinetic energy when the body will be at height 6 ft from ground would be 1254 J.
