So total runs aften 11 innings = 11n

So total runs aften 12 innings = 11n + 63

Now after 12 th innings average is increased by 2 runs

So by the given condition

$\sf{12(n + 2) = 11n + 63}$

$\sf{ \implies \: 12n + 24= 11n + 63}$

$\sf{ \implies \: 12n - 11n = 63 - 24}$

$\sf{ \implies \: n = 39}$

Hence the required average after 12th innings

= 39 + 2
