  • Transposing 21 to the other side

As 21 is in the division form in LHS , when we transpose it to RHS it becomes ' × ' .

\sf\implies\:10x= 210

  • Transposing 10 to other side

As ' × ' sign lies between 10 and x in LHS, when we transpose it to RHS it becomes ' ÷ '
