Solution :-

Let us assume that, the height of the water increases at a height of h cm .

So,

→ Length of solid vessel = 22 cm

→ Breadth of solid vessel = 18 cm

→ Height of solid vessel = 7 cm

then,

→ Volume of solid vessel = L * B * H = (22 * 18 * 7) cm² .

and,

→ Volume of cylindrical pipe = πr²h

given that, radius is 21 cm .

therefore,

→ Volume of cylindrical pipe = Volume of solid vessel

→ πr²h = 22 * 18 * 7

→ (22/7) * 21 * 21 * h = 22 * 18 * 7

→ 21 * 21 * h = 18 * 7 * 7

→ 3 * 3 * h = 18

→ 9h = 18

→ h = 2 cm (Option 1) (Ans.)

Hence, the height of the water increases at a height of 2 cm .
