If the loss is 20%, the CP = (100/80)(16/9) = Rs 20/9.

SP if profit is to be 20% = (1.2) (20/9) = Rs 8/3.

So number of pens to be sold for Rs 96 so as to have 20% profit = 96/(8/3) = 96(3/8) = 36
