Plastic has a great role , due to its versatile characteristics, of which the most prominent is that it’s cheap , durable, light, non-corrosive and so on, but the major talking point is it’s disadvantage. Plastic over the years have been a part of serious catastrophic loss, it’s a major stake holder in pollution , be it land, water, or even air. Land pollution caused by plastic have deteiorated the quality of land drastically, it makes the fertility poor. And of course, water pollution , when it blocks drainages mosquito breeding can be found, pollutes water bodies , and affects life of marine species. And , the same with air, being non-biodegradable, it’s very hard to recycle, when it is burned , emits poisonous gases including carbon dioxide, carbon monoxide and more.So it has affected our community immensely.
