The doctor promising the soldier that his injured knee and leg will recover well enough for him to played football again. As the time passed, “I” met with three young man and one old man in the hospital and “I” socializes with them. “I” got a medal because his bravery, but he didn’t admit his medal as his bravery. He had given a medal because he was an American, he thought.
