minister galbet was a very good admiral of lilliput.he was highly concerned about the safety of lilliput and it's citizens.however once he realised gulliver's potential he was very jealous of gulliver he just saw himm as a danger especially towards his position as admiral.he wanted gullliver to go back to his hometown.
