Elastic cartilage is present in both nosetip and ear pinna the what is the reason that we can easily twist pinna but nose tip not?

Explanation:

we can easily twist the ear pinna where is not the nose tip because the ear pinna in its surrounding does not have any harder hyalin cartilage due to which it is quite flexible in nature where as in tip of nose it is associated with neurones, ethmoid bone ,nasal septum , many epithelial cells which are secretory in nature due to which it tends to lose that high level of elasticity as compared to the ear pinna although they are all made up of the same thing cartilage
