We can reduce it by understanding thier problems, they ought to be given a chance, they are the ones who brought us to the world, and are responsible for what we are today, and we neglect them like anything?
we must respect them insted.
our socitey is mentally handicapped in these matters, why not give them thier chance, elders are neglected, because we think they are worthless, and helpless, why dont we understand that they are totally dependant on us?
they cant earn
and what they had earned in the past they have all invested in us (human resourcE)
they ought to be respected and taken care of.
that is thier right.
