As all the leader don't live with common people or don't spend time with them. so they really don't know what is right for them.

In some case leaders themselves proved to be burden or obstacle for the democratic people.

Most of them are corrupt so by the means if money and power they play dirty politics which is not good for people.

Due to nepotism leaders are not that much experienced and so don't know about people welfare.
