election process in india is enough to support democracy

i feel india should not go for the presidential form of democracy :
1. we are diverse country so its important to have evryone's opinion in every decision making so that it wont hurt anyone sentiment .

Election process alone cannot make a country democratic .Equal representation of all sects should be there.Decision making process should not only involve the leaders but also each and every member of the party.Democracy itself means for the people ,to the people and by the people so each and every problem of the people should be taken into account
