The focus on election in politics makes us believe that elections are all about cast but this is far from true...because:-
-No parliamentary constituency in India have a clear majority of a single caste .So the candidate or the party had to win the confidence of more than one caste or community in order to win the election.
-No party can win all the votes from the voters of a caste or community.
-Many political parties may put up candidates belonging to the same caste .So some voters will find many candidates from their caste while many voters will find no candidate from their caste.
-The ruling party, the sitting MP and MLA frequently loose election ,thjs would not have happened if all the caste or community were frozen in one political preference.

• No parliamentary constituency in the country has a clear majority of single caste.

• Voters have more than one candidate from their caste while many voters have no candidate from their caste.

• No party wins the votes of all the voters of a caste or community.

•The ruling party lose elections in our country. That could not have happened if all castes and communities were frozen with their political preference.
