General elections or Assembly elections both of them are the outcomes of the voice of people. Today, social media has outgrown and most of the political parties have shifted to social media marketing during election season. This literacy is much needed amongst rural areas wherein no social media is prevalent but the word of mouth and pile of promises of a political party. Local administration is not attaining the welfare of villages which is hampering literacy.
