hey

here is ur answer

a)== The wind turbine blades act a little like fan blades, and a little like airplane wings, and spin when wind blows through them. The spinning "rotor" moves a magnetic field across coils on the "stator", which induces an alternating current through the wire coils. That current is fed into the electricity grid.

b)=== electricity generated by the water stored in a dam can be considered to be another form of solar energy.

The potential energy of water stored in a dam is converted into kinetic energy when water is allowed to fall. Kinetic energy of moving water is converted into mechanical energy when it rotates turbines which in turn operates the generator to produce electricity.
Thus, Potential energy is converted to Kinetic energy which in turn is converted into Mechanical energy and then finally converted to Electrical energy.

Yes, it can be considered as another form of solar energy.

1. Electricity generated with the windmill
Windmill works when air flows across the windmill, rotating its blades. And why does wind even flows? It flows due to the temperature gradient created by the Solar radiations.
So, we can say that yes Electricity generated with windmill can be considered as another form of solar energy.

2. Electricity generated with water stored in dams.
Dams are built on rivers. And where does the water in the river comes from?
It is either rainfall water or the melted snow. In either case, it comes from evaporation from oceans. And what is the cause of evaporation in Oceans? Solar radiations.
So, in this case, too we can say that yes, Electricity generated with water stored in the dam can be also be considered another form of
solar energy.
