electron transport system is the final stage of aerobic respiration leading to make ATP in inner layer of  mitochondrion. electron transport systm its a type of process in which NADH and  [FADH2] produced during glycolysis, β-oxidation and other catabolic process relase energy in form of ATP as i mention earlier. so the process by which ATP  is formed in the electron transport system is called chemiosmotic phosphorolation
