● The period in which these elements belong :

3rd period.

● Biggest element :

element Q since its a noble gas since its outer electronic configuration is fully filled.

● Element having highest ionisation energy :

Since Q is a noble gas its ionisation energy would be largest.

● Element having highest electronegativity :

Since element P is just lefrside of element Q in periodic table since it would be an halogen and thus its electronegativity would be highest.

● Stable element :

Since elemnt Q is a noble gas since it would be the stable element.
