Explanation:

because in 3d5 forth electron is having opposite spin and according to aufbau's principle, firstly the orbitals must be filled with electrons having same spin and then start filling opposite spin electrons within the same orbitals, and after filling the whole subshell it can start filling electron into other subshell. but in this electronic configuration before filling 3d5 electron entered 4s subshell which violates the aufbau's principle....
