The electrical potential energy is converted into kinetic energy. If v is the final speed then

\frac{1}{2}mv^{2} = eV

v = \sqrt{\frac{2eV}{m} }

v = \sqrt{\frac{2 * 1.6 * 1500 * 10^{-19} }{9.1*10^{-19}} }

v = 2.3 * 10^{7} ms^{-1}\\\\\\
