Electropositive character is related to how much energy required to remove valence electron from an atom. Consider four elements A,B, C and D. The energy required to remove valence electron is in the order 496,737 and 577, 785 Kj/Mol respectively. Which of them will be more metallic?

Answer:

Element with least energy.

Explanation:

The less energy it requires, the more electropositive the element is. Thus the lowest energy is the most metallic, because the more electropositive an element is, the more metallic.

I can't tell which one of A,B,C,D because you have typed only 2 values out of 4.

So, I hope you can find which one of A,B,C,D from the above explanation.
