see its simple
as we know their is no electric field inside a hollow conductor
so the charge which we have plot inside the hollow conductor will distribute over the surface in such a way so that its net effect becomes zero
that is why it gets distribute with +50 and -50 so that net is zero
hence inside it becomes +50 and outside -200
