Electrovalent Bond. This is the bond formed due to transfer of electron(s)form one atom to another. Thistransfer results in formation of opposite charges on the atoms. These charged atoms(called ions) attract each other, forming the bond.

Electrovale bond is the bond formed by transfer of electrons from one element to another
In this one becomes anion (which gain electrons) and another becomes cation (which lose electrons)
It is basically an ionic bond...
