oxygen , polonium

Because of many causes such as increased electron-electron repulsion and increased atomic radius, electronegativity tends to lower as one progresses down the group. When we exclude livermorium, the most electronegative existing chalcogen element is oxygen, while the lowest electronegative known chalcogen element is polonium.

According to the conventional periodic chart, chalcogens are elements that belong to group 16 of the periodic table.
