this element is cromium and it's electronic configuration is
1s²2s²2p6 3s²3p6 4s¹3d5
this is an exceptional case

Here is the answer:
This is so because of it's electronic configuration which is as==>
1s2,2s2,2p6,3s2,3p6,4s1,{3d5}
Chromium have features that it's d subshell is half filled filled therefore instead of being 4s2 there will be 4s1 as one electron move to d subshell to make it half filled
All the elements having its electronic configuration in d block will fall in this group
