Answer:

1 - Because when he will run the fire will get more supply of oxygen and it will react . So to cut the supply of oxygen he is recommended to roll or ground or should be covered by a blanket.

2 - If someone gets a snake bite, they should take the following steps while awaiting medical attention: remain calm. call 911 immediately. gently wash the area with soap and water if possible.

3 - Water should not be thrown on fire caused by oil/petrol/gasoline etc because they are lighter than water so they continues to float over water hence continues to burn. So rather than controlling the fire it will spread the fire.
